SURFACE PREPARATION:
All loose material including loose plaster, cement splashes, Old paint, dust, etc. must be thoroughly removed. New plaster/ concrete must be fully cured.
REOMMENDED USE:
To seal pores and imperfections of plaster, concrete and gypsum surfaces & give primer surface for final application. The product is easy to apply with brush and provides ideal finish for subsequent coats.
